In a step that reflects its firm commitment to supporting national talent and strengthening Qatar’s labour market, Qatar Manpower Solutions Co. (Jusour) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Qatari Association of Certified Public Accountants. The agreement aims to enhance collaboration in employment, training, academic and professional development, and to empower youth to enter the labour market effectively including supporting and qualifying persons with disabilities.
Eng. Abdulhadi Bakhit Barqan, CEO of Jusour, emphasized the importance of the agreement, stating:
“We are proud to partner with the Qatari Association of Certified Public Accountants in a step that strengthens our mission to empower national talent. This agreement enables us to bridge the gap between university students and the labour market through specialized training and practical qualification programs. It also reaffirms our commitment to inclusivity by supporting persons with disabilities. The memorandum reflects Jusour’s mission to deliver integrated human resources solutions that serve society and support the country’s sustainable development."
This agreement is part of Jusour’s continued efforts to strengthen the national employment and qualification ecosystem. The company is working to expand its network of partners through its digital platform, which provides smart, integrated solutions that effectively connect job seekers with employers.

As part of its commitment to employee health and well-being, Jusour organized a Free Medical Day for its staff and affiliates in collaboration with Nova Specialized Clinic, one of Jusour’s healthcare partners.
This initiative supports social responsibility and aims to raise health awareness among employees. Participants were able to benefit from a range of complimentary medical check-ups, conducted by a professional medical team from Nova. Each employee received their lab results via email within two days of the event, along with a gift voucher worth QAR 100.

In collaboration with Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ), Jusour organized an introductory workshop at the QFZ headquarters to showcase Jusour’s wide range of programs designed to meet the needs of the evolving Qatari labour market.
The workshop highlighted Qatar’s vital role as an attractive investment destination and emphasized the importance of building strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors—such as the collaboration between Jusour and QFZ—in creating an integrated employment ecosystem that supports sustainable economic growth and enhances the efficiency and skills of human capital.
This initiative reflects Jusour’s ongoing commitment to developing the national business environment and fostering institutional cooperation that delivers added value to the Qatari economy.
