Eligibility

Candidates for this program must meet the following criteria:

• The applicant must be a person with disability
• Submission of an approved medical report from Hamad Medical Corporation

Required Documents

• Copy of a valid Qatari ID
• Medical report from Hamad Medical Corporation
• High-quality personal passport-sized photo (Size 6x4)
• Copy of last updated CV
• A copy of the birth certificate certified by the Ministry of Public Health (for both children of Qatari women and those born in Qatar)
